What happens after I place my order online?
You will receive an order confirmation. The online dealer will then process your payment and prepare the shipment to your chosen FFL. Once it ships, you will often get a tracking number. The FFL will typically contact you when the firearm has arrived and is ready for you to come in and complete the paperwork.
Can I buy a firearm from another state?
Yes, but with a key restriction: Long guns (rifles and shotguns) may be purchased from an out-of-state dealer and transferred to you by an FFL in your home state, provided the sale is legal in both states. Handguns must be shipped to an FFL in your state of residence.
Do you ship to all states?
We ship to all locations
Is the picture on the website exactly the gun I will receive?
The pictures are most often stock photos provided by the manufacturer. Wood grain on stocks and specific finishes can vary from gun to gun. The online dealer guarantees you will receive the exact make, model, and caliber you ordered, but minor cosmetic variations from the website image are normal.
Can I buy a gun as a gift for someone?
You can pay for the gun, but the person who will ultimately own the firearm must be the one to undergo the background check. You cannot buy a firearm online and have someone else fill out the Form 4473 to pick it up. This is a “straw purchase” and is a federal felony. The person receiving the gift must be eligible to own the firearm and must complete the transfer themselves at the FFL.
